Welcome to Wild Dog Games
Games innovators from planet awesome. Where families meet new species, save habitats and discover how to create a better eco-system, through play.
Introducing our new card game
SOS: SAVE OUR SPECIES
Protect the Planet. Deal with Disaster. Save Our Species.
—
100% of Profits to Charity
Dive into the natural world, where players get to be explorers, naturalists, collaborators, and protectors. This pacey, colourful, fact-filled game is laced with jeopardy as players race to build their biomes, collect species-points, and try not to get too distracted by the amazing wildlife photography.
The whole family (7 years+) will be racing to protect our most endangered species and habitats – with a few shocks and victories along the way.
Reap the rewards of biome-building, wildlife corridors, national parks and shared resources. But beware forest fires, warming oceans and overfishing!

Did you know?
SOS. The story so far.
In 2018, our family’s love of wildlife took us on an adventure to the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica — one of the most bio-diverse regions on the planet.
Did you know? 2.5% of the world’s species live together in only 0.0000008% of the world’s surface area.
We’re all nature lovers, passionate about wildlife and their habitats, so it was pretty-amazing to be surrounded by so much wildlife; particularly monkeys, toucans, turtles, iguanas, sloths, and parrots.
Mum suggested we read Jack Ewing’s “Monkeys are Made of Chocolate,” while we were there, all about rewilding the land and creating wildlife corridors.
And that’s when it hit me!
Why not invent a game? That’s fun, teaches kids what it means for different species when they lose their homes and raises money for conservation charities.
Together with my younger brother Ellis, my mum Emma and Dad Gavin, and with some awesome help from the scientists at WWF, Adam Whittaker from top design agency Karmarama and the awesome Johnny Richards, we have an epic final design.
And the best bit? 100%, of profits from SOS sales will go to charity.
You’re going to love it!

Got a question?
-
A large area of the earth easily recognisable, because of the type of soil, climate, wildlife and vegetation. In SOS Global you’re collecting Ocean, Polar, Grasslands. Forest.
-
It’s a strip of land that allows wildlife to move from one area to another, for food or to escape predators. Without these corridors they are separated by farmland, humans or roads, which can be dangerous to cross. Wildlife corridors (also known as biological corridors) can be large, sometimes connecting countries, but even natural hedgerows can be corridors for tiny mammals and insects.
-
Any species whose natural home has been reduced by human intervention. They need wildlife corridors to help them move between habitats to make sure they can eat, breed and flourish. Promoting a bio-diverse and healthy eco-system.
-
Anyone. We’ve found families with children over the age of 7 really love it, because they get to meet new species and learn lots of stuff about the natural world, but younger children can also play with some help reading the cards.
-
2-5, but a couple more people can play when you have an expansion pack.
-
Today it’s just SOS Global Edition, but we’re already working on future editions to focus on different regions (UK and Amazon), wildlife (Marine and Birds), as well as expansion packs (Apex Predators and Invasive Species) to add to the main deck. Teeming with amazing species, captured in their natural settings and loads more fun facts to share.
